Juicing is NOT for the weak stomach.

A few weeks back I was on facebook and checked out a page called
They always have fun and tasty recipes for cleansing the body.
So I jumped at the chance to make a powerful healing tonic that is used to
reduce inflammation.

Here are the ingredients::
1 unwaxed cucumber
2 limes peeled
1 c. spinach
1 c. parsley
1 green apple
6 ribs celery
1 inch fresh ginger root

I have to say I love all of these ingredients..
I am guessing that my stomach is just not strong enough to
handle this.
If you do try this, can you let me know how you liked it.

    Thanks for sharing it. I would love to leave out the spinach though , and I am sure it is the healthiest thing in the drink!
    oh well.

  3. I've been drinking Naked juice's Green Machine. I've also had people tell me that adding strawberries and yellow apple (sweeter) helps juiciing. But I don't have a juicer so buy the green stuff.
