Anklet Blog Hop

Spring and Summer are not only the times I bring out the flip flops,
but it is time for me to polish up the toe rings and
So when Kashmira of Sadafulee
said she was hosting an Anklet Blog Hop
I was all for it.
Now, my ankles are kinda big so I tend to stick with little beads.
So I made this to go with everything.

I have a cute outfit my hubby got me that will go perfect with this one.

And I thought I would get my God daughter in on the fun.
She made this one for me..
I tried to explain to hear about the string
not showing.. but she did not listen to me.. lol

Here are all 3 together.

I really had fun doing these.
I got to spend time with my Goddaughter and create..
What is better than that???

Please forgive me....
Kashmira, Thank you soo much for putting on this Fun hop...
I really enjoyed it.

  1. What sweet designs, Mischelle, so summery... and how great that you had "help" with your project!

    1. Thanks.. Ya I don't get to see my goddaughter very often so I was glad to include her in the fun.

  2. I love the colors you picked, and the accents work so well! I wish I had a little helper too! How old is she?

Thanks much for joining and don't worry at all about not posting early morning. Its all good :)

    1. Thank you.. She is 8 and wanted to do more. and thank you for putting this on.. I really enjoyed it.

  3. Very delicate & love the colors, especially the green! Wasn't this fun!

    1. It sure was.. Normally blog hops are either earrings or bracelets or necklaces.. You really do not see anklets much.

  4. What a wonderful project to share with your god daughter! Making pretty sparkly anklets and memories at the same time.

  5. I love the fact that your goddaughter worked with you and made one for you too! So glad you posted a photos of that one also! Very special!

I hadn't thought of it before, but I think crystals make an excellent choice for anklets!

    1. I love sparklie-shiny pieces, so that is what I tend to go with...

  6. Sounds like you had a good time and got to spend quality time with your god daunted. They're so cute. Very dainty looking. Lovely anklets.

  7. I love the daintiness of your anklets!! Very pretty! Your God daughter will get better with time! Enjoy her!!

    1. Thanks Dyanne. I dont get to see her much so when I do, I cherish every moment.

  8. Making jewelry with a friend is always fun. You are lucky to have such a friend.

    1. Yep I am very luck to have my goddaughter.. :)

  9. Your anklets are very pretty! It is so much fun working with someone who wants to do what you are doing--slowly teaching my granddaughters how to make jewelry--they do like to do it their own way, lol!! Great job! Gina H

    1. I am trying to get my daughter in on the fun as well.. But she just likes to wear them.. lol

  10. Love all of them! The colors are perfect for summer.

  11. Very fun, and so wonderful you shared it with your goddaughter!

  12. Beautiful anklets! I can just see how they will sparkle in the sunlight!

  13. Ooh, the green one is my favorite--but I like both of your anklets!

I think it's fantastic that you were able to include your God daughter in all the fun. I'm betting that she had a blast.

    1. I like the green one too, though I did make the clear one because it will go with more of my summer outfits. She did have fun and wants to make earrings when she comes back over :)

  14. what a wonderful way to share time. And now you will have beautifully decorated ankles!

    1. Yes we did get to bond and my son calls my anklets, "mom's fat ankle bling" hahahhaaa

  15. Love your delicate designs Summer bling with those crystals!

  16. Beautiful jewelry -- as you always create, Mischelle! I LOVE the delicate, pretty designs -- Gorgeous! I love creating with my daughters too. You and your Goddaughter must have had such fun! I hope you both enjoy wearing the lovely anklets this summer! Love, Rita

    1. Thanks Rita
