Here it is everyone!

The ZnetShows.com Summer 2015 issue of 

Creative Spark.

This issue features their cultured sea glass beads.

This is my first issue as a contributor and I learned a lot.

Here is a recap of what I was given to work with..

Lots of goodies that is for sure.

We were asked to create pieces that were inspired by the sea.

My one happy place :)

Here is what I made...

 And this bracelet.

I definitely need to work on my photo taking skills.

I have some more pieces in the issue, so you have to check it out if you

Znetshows Giveaway Winner

Back in July Znetshows blog was hosting a giveaway.

So of course after joining them in 

Artisan Whimsy's 5 x 5 challenge I had to get in this giveaway.

I love their products 

and who does not love to win free beads??

I am not quite sure how many prize packs they had, but I 

ended up winning two of them.

Imagine my surprise when I found out.

I am soo behind on blogging it is not funny.

I hope so because I just may do that this weekend.

Artisan Whimsy 5 x 5 Test Group :: Sea Glass

The 5 x 5 Test Group in Artisan Whimsy 

tested the Beach Glass Beads  from ZnetShows.

This is the set Bill sent me

I decided I wanted to make a bracelet and try to use one of the 

turquoise beads as a clasp..

Epic Fail..

But what it did turn out was a pair of earrings

and this bracelet, which I took some seed beads and

strung them. Then twisted each strand.

I added a sand dollar charm to it.

I then took the green fish bone beads

and pair them up with some glass chips and 

bronze chain to make this bracelet.

Next were the long green duo that I knew were going to make 

earrings.

I took a link from the bronze chain and added some 

briolettes.

I still have the smaller white duo and the shells

that I just ran out of time to create anything.  But I will get it done within the next few days and 

post my results.
